We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within the estimated times.

Products might not be available for immediate delivery. The delivery times may vary between items. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside the control of our company. 

Delivery times may be greater for regional or remote areas.

If one or more deliveries are required by you then further delivery charges will be incurred.

DELIVERY BY POST OR COURIER – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We like to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible, so our delivery methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a PO Box or freight forwarding location.

Your order will be dispatched after we accept the order and dispatched to you to your specified address as soon as reasonably practicable after our acceptance.

If you order large or bulky items you will be required to be available in person to accept delivery.

If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address you must let us know at least 48 hours prior to the dispatch of your order. If you do not advise us additional delivery charges will apply.

We will use our best endeavours to deliver your order within any stated timeframes for dispatch. However we do not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.

You must advise at the time you place your order via the website of any difficulties that may be involved in the delivery (such as stairs or narrow entries). If you do not state the situation correctly and on arrival the delivery contractor deems it to be a difficult location you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delivery failures or defaults caused by circumstances outside our control.

Below is typical delivery rates of items sold to all Metro areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Tasmania and Perth.  Anything outside of these areas may incur higher rates.  Northern Territory and also Regional areas of Australia may have additional shipping charges which will be sent to you for approval and payment before your order is finalised.  If the additional charges are not approved, you may cancel the order at least 48 hours prior to dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.
An item will only be accepted for exchange under the following conditions:
• The item is unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
• If the item has a manufacturing defect
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date

We strongly advise that you check on all sizing before purchasing all items from the website as we will not accept returns due to size of item.

Please Note: All conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and those exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.    

Please Note: We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately after you receive same and we will organise a replacement for you. Please refer to the returns & exchanges section for further details.

Please choose carefully as we will not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

MISPLACED ORDERS

We send all orders with a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact us and we will track it for you.
